The inaugural Health IT Forum on the Hill, hosted by the Utah HIMSS Advocacy and Policy Committee, marked an important step in fostering collaboration between healthcare leaders, policymakers, and industry experts. Held on November 20, 2024, at the Utah State Capitol, the event provided a valuable platform to discuss the intersection of healthcare technology, data policy, and innovation.
This informal gathering fostered meaningful connections and organic discussions on the future of healthcare technology, privacy, and policy. Participants explored collaborative approaches to advancing health IT initiatives and improving patient outcomes across the state.
